From the  Home screen or the Browse screen, you will see a total number of shows for a specific genre / category displayed above the shows:

Use the right arrow of you remote to browse through titles for a specific genre / category. 

To see all the shows for a given genre / category, use the right arrow on your remote until the “View All” tile is selected, then select “Ok” on your remote to access all the shows for the category.
