Do I have a Roku, iTunes, Google Play or standard Acorn TV membership?

In addition to creating your account through the Acorn TV website, you can also sign up to access our world-class library through third-party platforms such as Roku, iTunes, Google Play, Amazon Prime, or Comcast/Xfinity. Follow these steps to identify whether your account originated on the Acorn TV website or through a third-party platform:

  • Log in to the Acorn TV website on a computer or mobile browser

  • Go to your My Acorn TV page (top right of the Acorn TV website) and select Manage Account in the dropdown menu

  • Your payment method will be listed in the Account Status section. If your account originated through a third-party, it will be noted here (Roku, iTunes etc). If you do not see a note, your membership was created through the Acorn TV website.
